Director, Infrastructure Engineering
Salary: Open Bonus
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ or Omaha, NE
Hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in a large-scale and dynamic infrastructure leading product and automation engineers
- Experience with one or multiple API management platforms like Apigee, Datapower, Kong, MuleSoft, etc.
- Extensive experience in automation, observability, and performance engineering in a cloud-based environment
- Strong technical expertise in monitoring tools, log analysis platforms
- Experience designing and implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
- Working knowledge of networking protocols and components including TCP/IP, DNS, CIFS
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering and operations of APIM and Streaming products. Provide leadership and support in driving automation initiatives across the department, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices
- Communicate technology initiatives and roadmaps effectively between Developers, Product managers, and Project managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual processes, and design and implement scalable automation solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce human errors
- Provide technical support for business and client partners
- Develop and document technical and non-technical infrastructure-related processes
- Accountable for budgeting and vendor management
